About Us
Icon Health Services, LLC is a Texas Licensed Home Health Agency with more than 55 combined years of experienced and knowledgeable staff members serving the Special Needs Community of Texas.
We care for children who have complex medical needs. With our well trained nurses, special needs children can meet their medical needs in the comfort of their own homes.
Our highly trained, Licensed Registered Nurses (RN), Vocational Nurses (LVN) and Licensed Respiratory Therapists (RT) are dedicated professionals who provide optimal, professional and personalized Physician directed care within the home.
Our Core Values
Our agency was founded on the belief that nurses and patients are more than just numbers on a spreadsheet. We felt a better way would be to establish ourselves as an agency that valued our patients and nurses above all and that building relationships based on consistent communication and mutual trust was the key to success. Thus our five Core Values were established.
